Overview
I work on retainer with three subscription pet-food brands in the UK and US, looking after their Shopify stores and the journeys that drive repeat orders: subscription migrations, seasonal campaigns, phased store upgrades, wholesale, loyalty and paid search.
Research & service design
Used analytics to iterate purchase and subscription journeys, focusing on the moments that decide whether a customer subscribes and stays.
Treated the store, subscription, campaigns and paid acquisition as one journey rather than separate channels.
What I built
Planned and ran subscription migrations and exports so subscribers moved without interruption.
Built seasonal campaign pages and promotions, including Black Friday and Crufts.
Delivered a phased store upgrade for Top Dog, plus wholesale and a loyalty-points import.
Ran Google and Meta ads alongside the store work, and brought Top Dog back to paid search.
Updated site structure and recipe ranges for Basil's Raw Dog Food.
Inside the work

The work spans the whole repeat-purchase journey: storefront, subscription, campaigns and paid acquisition.
Commercially focused technical delivery, Shopify knowledge, subscription and retention strategy, and measurable improvement.
