Productconsultant,webdeveloperandfull-stackbuilderforambitiousdigitalproducts.

I help founders, operators and growing teams turn product ideas, complex workflows and underperforming digital systems into web platforms, AI products and customer experiences that work in the real world.

01 — About me

Ihelpambitiousteamsturncomplexideas,brokenworkflowsandunderperformingdigitalsystemsintousefulsoftware,AIproductsandcommercialwebexperiences.

I am Caleb Adamu, a product-minded technical consultant, CTO and full-stack builder. My work sits at the point where business strategy, user experience and software delivery meet. I help clients reduce uncertainty before they build, make better technical decisions and move faster without creating avoidable complexity. That might mean shaping an MVP, rebuilding a legacy platform, designing an AI workflow, improving an e-commerce funnel or stepping in as a fractional CTO.

02 — What I help with

Where I make the biggest difference

Across web development, app and product development, branding and design, I help teams turn an idea into something real, usable and commercially worthwhile.

01

New digital products that need clear strategy and technical direction.

02

AI products and automations that need practical implementation.

03

Web apps, SaaS products and internal tools that need full-stack delivery.

04

Legacy systems that need simplifying, rebuilding or modernising.

05

E-commerce brands that need better conversion, retention and subscription performance.

06

Service businesses that need clearer customer journeys and operational workflows.

07

Teams that need senior technical leadership before hiring a full-time CTO.

08

Brands that need logo design, brand guidelines and design systems that scale.

04 — Services

Built around your problem, not a technical menu

Every project starts with the same question: what is the useful outcome? From there I help you decide what needs to exist, how it should work and what technical route gives you the best chance of shipping something valuable — spanning web development, app and product development, branding and design. Sometimes that means a focused audit. Sometimes it means a build. Sometimes it means acting as a technical partner while your team, agency or vendors execute. The common thread is clarity, judgement and delivery.

01

Product & Technical Discovery

Best for

Founders and teams who know the outcome they want but need the product, workflow, scope and technical path clarified.

Typical outputs

Discovery workshops, user journey mapping, product scope, technical recommendations, MVP planning, build-risk review and a next-step roadmap.

02

Full-Stack Product Build

Best for

Businesses that need a web app, internal tool, SaaS product or customer-facing platform built from concept to launch.

Typical outputs

React and TypeScript frontends, backend workflows, database design, authentication, admin surfaces, integrations, testing and deployment planning.

03

AI Product & Automation Consulting

Best for

Teams exploring how AI can support customers, automate workflows, structure knowledge or improve internal operations.

Typical outputs

AI use-case discovery, knowledge ingestion, assistant design, prompt and workflow strategy, data readiness, evaluation, security considerations and implementation support.

04

Fractional CTO Support

Best for

Founders and operators who need senior technical judgement before they are ready to hire a permanent CTO or engineering lead.

Typical outputs

Architecture review, vendor assessment, technical hiring support, roadmap prioritisation, delivery planning, risk reduction and strategic decision support.

05

E-commerce Systems & Growth

Best for

Shopify and subscription-led brands that need stronger conversion, retention and operational performance.

Typical outputs

Shopify optimisation, subscription journeys, checkout improvements, email automation, analytics, performance marketing alignment and retention workflows.

06

Product Rebuild & Recovery

Best for

Projects that have become slow, unclear, fragile or expensive to maintain.

Typical outputs

Legacy workflow extraction, requirements mapping, architecture simplification, rebuild planning, migration strategy and delivery triage.

Experience and tools

Depth across the product lifecycle

I like to be involved from the first conversation about an idea right through to the finished product. That way I can help shape what you're building early on, then stay close enough to the work to make sure the end result still does what your business actually needs. Whether it's a website, an app, an AI feature or the tools your team uses day to day, my focus is on getting the details right.

01

Product strategy

Helping you work out what to build first, what can wait and how to get from a rough idea to a clear, sensible plan.

Discovery, MVP scoping, roadmap planning, requirement extraction, workflow mapping and product prioritisation.

02

Technical leadership

Making the big decisions with you — which direction to take and how to keep delivery on track — so you can move with confidence.

Architecture decisions, stack selection, technical reviews, delivery planning, vendor assessment and CTO-level decision support.

03

Frontend development

Building fast, polished interfaces that feel good to use, with modern, well-supported tools under the hood.

React, TypeScript, Vite, Next.js, TanStack Router, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS and shadcn-style interfaces.

04

Backend & data

Setting up the reliable engine behind the scenes so your information is well organised, secure and ready to grow with you.

Postgres, Supabase, RLS, storage, serverless functions, APIs, permissions, admin workflows and data modelling.

05

Authentication & access

Making sure the right people can sign in easily and only see what they should — securely and without the hassle.

Clerk, Supabase Auth, workspace membership models, role-based access, protected routes and secure user flows.

06

AI products

Putting AI to work where it genuinely helps — answering questions, handling repetitive tasks and making your content more useful.

Website assistants, content ingestion, knowledge workflows, AI-assisted support, prompt systems, evaluation and automation strategy.

07

E-commerce

Helping online brands sell more and keep customers coming back, from smoother checkouts to subscriptions and email that earns its keep.

Shopify, subscription growth, checkout optimisation, email automation, retention flows, paid acquisition alignment and analytics.

08

Service operations

Turning messy, manual processes into clear customer journeys and everyday tools your team will actually enjoy using.

Care journeys, job and application workflows, admin tools, privacy gates, provider search and operational dashboards.

09

Delivery & QA

Testing the real experience on real devices and shipping carefully, so what goes live is solid and ready for people to rely on.

Browser validation, mobile checks, build checks, scoped releases, regression thinking, documentation and launch readiness.

Design thinking

The Double Diamond behind design-led projects

For projects that start with a question rather than a spec, I work to the Double Diamond — opening up to explore widely, then narrowing down to commit. It keeps us honest about solving the right problem before we build the right thing.

Problem space

Are we solving the right thing?

Solution space

Are we building it the right way?

01

Discover

Research · Diverge

Explore the problem widely — talk to real users, gather insight and challenge the assumptions everyone brought in.

02

Define

Requirements · Converge

Focus in on the real problem worth solving and agree what a good outcome actually looks like.

03

Develop

Build · Diverge

Open up again — sketch, prototype and test lots of possible solutions quickly and cheaply.

04

Deliver

Outcomes · Converge

Refine down to what works, build it properly and ship something people can rely on.

05 — Process

How I work

Good digital products are not created by rushing straight into features. They come from understanding the workflow, making clear trade-offs and building the right level of product for the stage you are at. I work closely with clients, listen carefully to what they actually need and partner with them throughout to produce the solution that genuinely fits — not just the one that was easiest to assume. My process is designed to reduce ambiguity early, keep delivery practical and make sure technical decisions are tied to the result the business actually needs.

1Step 01

Diagnose the real problem

Clarify the business goal, user workflow, technical constraints and commercial risk.

2Step 02

Shape the product

Define what needs to exist, what can wait and what would make the project unnecessarily complex.

3Step 03

Design the technical route

Choose the architecture, data model, integrations, access model and deployment approach that fit the stage of the business.

4Step 04

Build or guide delivery

Create the product, support the team or oversee the implementation with clear priorities.

5Step 05

Verify the experience

Test the real user journey, check the operational edge cases and make sure the work is ready to use.

6Step 06

Improve what is live

Learn from usage, remove friction and decide the next useful iteration.
